    i would say burning 500 during cardio and 200 during pilaties because you need cardio to burn of fat and lose weigh tand pilates tones you up

    It is all about the calories you take in, and how many you burn.

    To burn the most calories, just go running. Pilates is kind of a sham, although I guess it gets the job done eventually, too.

    If you want to lose weight and get a flat stomach: eat less, run more.
