cardio fitness equipment

I live in an apartment and I am in desperate need of some type of fitness equipment to whip myself into shape for the summer time. A traditional treadmill or elliptical machine are entirely too big and I would have no where to put anything of that size. I have seen mini steppers and mini elliptical machines, etc. but I don’t know which is best. Any suggestions as to what kind and which brands of machines I should buy?

Shoes, a hat, and gloves. Get outside and walk or jog the streets of your town. It’s much less expensive then a treadmill and takes up no space, except in the closet.

In my basement I have, ankle weights, arm weights, free weights, a jump rope, and an exercise ball, a yoga mat, and step for step aerobics.

These are all small, relatively cheap/affordable items you can pick up at Target/Meijer, or any sporting goods store.

Pick up some DVDs while you’re at it, so you can follow a fun routine.

Go outside and run, walk, or bike.

    Try this.

It’s small and very comfort to home or apartment. It’s cool.
