Gym fees at Energie Cardio?
Does anyone know how much the so called (initiation) fees are at the Energie Cardio gyms locted in Montreal?
Does anyone here have a membership to LA Fitness or Bally’s?
i live in southern california and am wanting to join a gym. i want to know, what are the prices for these gyms? i dont want to buy a very expensive membership just something basic, all i need to do is use cardio equipment and take some group classes. i dont want to buy a full year right away. what was your initial down payment first then your monthly payment?
Whats a good cardio workout dvd?
I just found out yesterday I’m on the verge of diabetes. I need to lose some weight and need to excercise everday. I want a good workout dvd to do in the mornings since I’m intimidated by gyms. Any reccomendations??
