cardio fitness equipment

Any effective cardio workout that can be done around the home without any fitness equipment, weights etc?
and also, someone told me jumping on the bed was a good form of cardio, is this true? and if so, any other fun things that can double as cardio?

        Any kind of movement is cardio.

        Playing with kids, pets,cleaning. Laundry up and down stairs. Mow the lawn.

        The list is limitless. How hard you do it is up to you.

        Try visiting a weight loss product review if youre serious about losing weight. I would definitely suggest Fat Loss 4 Idiots because alot of my gym members use it and they look totally different then they did a couple months before.

        jump rope is probably the most fun and effective. i’m sure jumping on the bed is fun if you don’t mind replacing the mattress every few weeks.

        you can also try exercise videos like Tae Bo. you can incorporate calisthenics and various pushups and sits up - almost anything is good as long as it is fast pasted and varied enough to work the entire body.
