Help with what to use at the gym please?

im looking at joining a gym on monday, but i mainly want to lose weight/tone up the top of my arms, my love handles and belly, and my thighs, which out of these do you recommend i use the most of and how long for/how many times a week? thanks :]

The gym should have a trainer, or at the least, a free orientation class. If they don’t, I’d flat out tell them you want a training session before you commit to their gym.
I’d ask them. It’s their equipment and they should teach you how to use it and what muscles each one works.
There are literally dozens of exercises for each of the muscles you mentioned.
Out of all the crap you listed you gym has, you should only be interested in: “Dumbbells, Barbells and Olympic bars/weights”
