Do all 24 fitnesses have cardio equipment?

Like treadmills? The one i’m looking at is called the loop (in san rafael) and the only feature that it says on the website is circuit training.
But i’m wondering if there are also treadmills, and other cardio equipment there?

If I do cardio (running/cross trainer) for 1 1/2 to 2hours a day is that bad because its over doing it or no?

I used to do weight training on a daily basis….but not that much anymore. The reason why I do so much cardio is to have a strong healthy heart….but most imortantly….to stay sain and reduce as much stress possible. I have noticed that by doing cardio its keeps my mind in balance and I can focus more on my proriorities and tasks throughout my day.
But like I can it be unhealthy to do so much cardio?
I mean “like I said” lol is it unhealthy doing too much cardio for that amount of time or should I do the daily 45 min.
what good cardio DVD will replace running for 30 Min’s?

i bought a denise austin cardio blast dvd but my question is will it replace running for 30 mins? latley there has been bad weather, and i can’t run outside. so if there is anything that gives the same benifits pls let me know.
