PostHeaderIcon Best supplements muscle growth, cardio and joints?

cardio cross trainer

I’m a 47 year old guy who has just started to go to the gym. Previously been reasonably fit (martial arts instructor and squash player) but have developed middle aged gut. I’m doing about 60 mins cardio (bike 2×20 and cross trainer 1 x 20), some powerplate (for abs and arms) and then doing chest and shoulder weights.

I want to lose my gut and build up my chest, shoulders and arms as I’ve always been conscious they are too puny.

I want to take the best mixture of supplements to support me. I used to take Cod Liver Oil and Glucosamine. I also tried some Hydroxycut which played havoc with my system.

So bearing in mind the workout I am doing three times per week, what do you think is the best supplement mix to be taking? I think Creatine will be a must but will happily take advice given.

What you need is iron, meaning left the weight’s all that other stuff is just crap and a waste of money. If you want to get big here is what you do make a work out where you do your first set 10 times, then a weight that you get 8-10 times, then a weight you can do 6-8 times. Go heavy brother that add’s bulk leave that what should I take crap to people who believe in Bigfoot.

I was were you are a couple of years ago. I use (I buy directly off the web), (I buy at Costco) and (I buy through Costco). The combination of a fitness routine similar to yours, the above products and just good general nutrition has made a dramatic difference and continues to improve (e.g. can easily pass the SEAL fitness test).
